She also gave us advanced notice that our house may take longer to sell as we were in down town Butler prior to us ever listing with her. I liked the fact that she was up front and honest without even having a contact signed with us. Prior to listing Pina did a few inspections of our house to give us pointers on things we should do prior to listing. After we went through the list of things Pina did another walk through in case she had missed anything the first time. During the process Pina kept us informed on showings and potential offers. We were not expecting so many viewings and offers as soon as we hit the market. We agreed to an offer 2 weeks after listing! Throughout the process Pina was very knowledgeable. On multiple occasions she had to correct errors by the buyer's agent.
