We met at odd hours and even in parking lots of that was the most convenient location--they go to the extra mile to help their clients!! Then the guided us through renting our previous property and eventually selling that property--again with a difficult agent that was requesting things his clients hadn't even asked for. Through it all, they remained steadfast, trustworthy and professional. At signing our young daughter was kept occupied so we could get our full attention to the legalities. When I started my home buying experience, I couldn’t even get a realtor to get back to me. Anna was very accommodating to our schedule since my fiance and I work long hours and crazy shifts and John helped out a lot with his construction background when it came to structural issues that would have come back to haunt us

I have known John and Anna for some time and didn't hesitate to give them a call when we needed to sell my Dad's house. Got them to an area a little further away from home than they might normally work. But they accepted the task and did a great job for us. I think they did great with pricing the house, recommendations, open house, keeping us up to date and the paperwork. We had one surprise with what the Twp. wanted for occupancy permit ( I'll take the blame for getting them to a new area ) but they worked a quick and painless resolution. After it all this we're still friends and think anyone else will feel the same getting to work with them.
