As a first time home buyer, I wanted to find an agent who would be straightforward with me. I didn't know what to expect, and so I had to find someone I could trust. Adrianne ended up being a great pick; I got a very personalized experience, and even though I know I wasn't her only client, I certainly felt like I was. She is always responsive and available to help, and she does not sugarcoat her opinions. That was a big help to me, so if you'd like a real person who can be down-to-earth and personable, I'd recommend Adrianne.Because of the market, my homebuying adventure was a long one with a few significant hiccups along the way. She must have shown me every approximately a zillion houses, and she told me plainly what to look out for as a homeowner. When I wanted to give up, she encouraged me. When I felt unsure, she advised me. She especially came through for me when I found my dream house but was not the seller's first choice. With her expert suggestions, her persistence, and some good luck, I did end up buying that dream house.

She is knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. She responds to calls and texts very quickly when she is available and when she is doing other things she gets back to you quickly. Adrianne is knowledgeable of many different neighborhoods in and around Pittsburgh. When I first started looking for homes in February, the demand was very high and homes sold quickly, often in the 1st day of an open house. She always made herself available so we could get into look at things on that first day. Adrienne listened to me as far as what I was looking for let me know through the automatic email or looking at different listings as they came available. If we saw something that I didn't like, she took it stride and helped me keep looking until I found a house I loved. She advocated for me many times throughout a very difficult transaction and closing as well as offering sincere reassurance when I needed some handholding. Thanks to her dedication and perseverance, I now have a home I absolutely love. I think anyone who works with Adrianne is in very good hands and very lucky to have her on their side.
