My husband I I contacted Nick because we were looking to buy within the next four years. Nick found us something that suited our family needs perfectly. The process happened quickly and he was always available to answer any of my anxiety stricken questions. My first realtor for my previous home sucked and I felt like I was alone in the home buying process; which isn’t a very good time when you’re a first time homebuyer. I wish Nick was my realtor back when I bought my first home. Thanks for being awesome and not sucking.

The Agent did the closing this was a very simple cash deal and failed to do a final walk through of the property he went on vacation unbeknownst to me and the previous owner left behind her entire house for me to move out. Garbage was left everywhere in the house and outside of the house and the home was full of trash and dog excrement. I called the agent over 50 times and the real estate company everyone ignored me and no one took responsibility for this. Agent Nicole Mueller showed up a few days later who was taking over for Nick who went on vacation and offered zero help and advised these things happen that is what Berkshire Hathaway advised as well. I had to pay over $5,000.00 to have all of the furniture and junk hauled away along with professional cleaners etc. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was an out of state cash buyer and was completely deceived. I was advised at numerous times that nothing could be done and to just deal with it.

I could not have asked better service than what Nick has provided. OUTSTANDING communication, skills and support! He was there every step of the way and explained to me what I did not fully understand. Thank you again Nick...... ??
