My father died and we moved my mother to an assisted living facility south of Baltimore, to be close to my wife and me. My only sibling lives in Colorado, so we were almost wholly dependent on our agent in Pennsylvania to handle the sale for us. Brenda kept me well-informed every step of the way, helped me with the electronic signing of all documentation, and rounded up contractors when pre-sales repairs needed to be made to accommodate changing codes. She handled everything I could have thought of, and several things that never would have occurred to me.
