Vicki Pilato was recommended to us by a family friend. Before we heard about her we had talked to several Howard Hanna agents that were less than professional for a number of reasons. We did find one Howard Hanna agent that listed our house for six months last year but being new with them she found that Howard Hanna did not do business the same manor as her previous company in New York. We also contacted Berkshire agents that really showed no interest in helping us sell our home. Vicki is a hard working and dedicated professional that has many years experience and if she can't handle some part of the sale (or purchase) she knows where to get the help. She explained the complete process and made sure we understood every step of the selling and buying process. She personally helped us stage our house and took pictures for the listing. Then did a very professional write up of the house for the listing. Handling everything with showings and other agents needs and questions our house sold in six days. Vicki also worked with us on purchasing our new home. She researched the market for homes to meet our needs and sent them to us daily. Any homes of interest she would provide us information about the home and the market value to comparable homes. We worked Vicki for six months and she never stopped and we finally found a new home. Vicki again used all her background and knowledge to research the house and secure this home for us and at an agreeable price. Vicki also handled all aspects of the purchase and personally attended the closing which helped us with questions and concerns.
