We found Kathryn here on Zillow, and after my first phone call to her I was impressed with how responsive and thorough she was so we asked her to be our buyer's agent. She was incredibly thorough and patient with us through the entire home buying process. I fear we were persnickety first time home buyers but it didn't deter her. Sold my house for the amount of the payoff. Still ended up paying the buyer almost 800$ in warranty, minor repair and a 200$ credit. Ended up renting because agent didn't keep me informed about buyers delays, etc. Didn't expect to make anything but I never thought I would pay someone to buy something from me.
