We have had a great experience working with Shannon. Once we explained to her what we wanted to get for our home she has been instrumental in helping us to do the proper prepping and staging. Her input has ranged from recommending upgrades in the kitchen and one bathroom to room paint selections and which rooms were in need of significant decluttering. She’s a very hard worker and has been very responsive to our many questions.

I met Shannon while viewing one of her listings. As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty clueless about the process. She paid attention to all the comments I made as I walked through this house.  Explaining my unfamiliarity with the buying process, she offered to help me in my house hunting.
Shannon worked tirelessly—even late into the night, tailoring my search based on my shifting needs and thoughts.  She set up viewings of my top picks. As we proceeded through each of these houses, she listened carefully to my likes and dislikes. At the same time, she offered her expertise on the advantages and disadvantages of both the house and the neighborhood.  This was invaluable since I am completely new to the Pittsburgh area.
