Leslie Chaklos is the ultimate professional. She, in my opinion and experience, fairly represented the Seller and the Buyer (me) in our recent transaction. Her responses were always either 'immediate' or at the very least very timely, and she always cooperated with any request made -- as possible -- or fully explained why the request couldn't be met. It was great working with Leslie. As a Seller, I communicated my desire to sell quickly and that price was secondary. She understood very clearly and within in a day, we had an open house. Within about three days, we had an acceptable offer and the house was sold. Leslie is very good at understanding your priorities and is very good technically, understanding the mechanics of making a sale. This sale was within a 55+ community, which is a fairly narrow market.
