AJ Kovall

Using his unique skills as both an educator and a realtor, AJ Kovall empowers his clients with the knowledge and understanding they need to achieve their goals and to make the experience enjoyable. AJ’s energetic, creative, and empathetic approach to one of the most important steps in a person’s or family’s life makes him a strong advocate for the interests of his clients in today’s changing housing market. Born and raised in Connellsville, AJ went to college Indiana, PA and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education.  He has lived and worked all over the Pittsburgh Area, from Munhall to Cranberry, and from Uniontown to Beaver County, where he now lives with his wife and two sons.  After 16 years in the teaching profession helping students achieve their goals, AJ chose to transition his skills into helping buyers and sellers achieve theirs. With his background in teaching, AJ is uniquely  qualified to clarify what can be a confusing and daunting process with understanding and patience.  He keeps his clients well informed of every step through the buying and selling process, making sure that everyone is on the same page and completely satisfied with every aspect of the real estate journey. AJ’s knowledge of all areas in and around the Pittsburgh area is vast and useful for researching and viewing any properties his clients would like to view.  AJ is also an admitted foodie, and he can be relied upon to make sure that he knows all the great and current places to gather socially. He can, and will, go above and beyond to make sure that time is not wasted by using his knowledge of neighborhoods in the region.  AJ is also knowledgeable in the area of home improvements and renovations.  Having renovated his last two homes on his own with his wife, he has the ability to see past the superficial qualities of a home to tap into its true potential for a buyer. This also enables him to help sellers better prepare and stage their home for sale. As a technology and social media enthusiast, AJ can bring a strong approach to all digital marketing and communication.
