Meet Susan Herald, your Berkshire Hathaway Realtor. She is a lifelong Pittsburgh area resident and has lived in Beaver County since 1988. Her natural abilities as a careful listener , as well as her meticulous attention to all details of organizing a successful real estate sale make her your perfect choice in an agent. She shares your enthusiasm in the pursuit of the ideal home, and brings her delightful sense of humor along to smooth out any bumps in the road.
After a Bachelor's degree in Business at WVU, she graduated with a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.  She worked in the health care business for several  years while raising three children with her husband. She then worked in the local elementary school as a teaching assistant. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and working in her yard. 
But her interest in Real Estate was ignited during her 1988 search for land and subsequent home-building adventure in Brighton Township, Beaver , PA. She learned how to organize property transfer and surveying, utilities, and helped coordinate the many details of a custom home with the general contractor.
