Originally from Niagara Falls, Janice, at a young age, founded her own tour company, operating on both the U.S. and Canadian side. She grew it into one of the largest tour companies in Ontario, having a staff of 26 employees. She was selected as Tour Operator of the Year for 4 consecutive years and was on the Board of Directors of the Niagara Falls Visitor and Convention Bureau. She also served on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the National Tour Association (NTA) and was elected President of NTA in 1997, representing tour operators from all over North America. After turning over control and ownership of her company to her daughters, she moved to Florida and pursued a lifelong love of real estate, obtaining her Realtor's license in 2001 in Naples, Florida. Her success earned her membership in the prestigious President's Circle of Prudential Real Estate, and she remained active until moving back to her husband's home town in the Westmont area of Johnstown in the fall of 2015. She immediately obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate license and fell in love with the Laurel Highlands area. She is a good negotiator and works extra hard for her clients to get the best deal available. Janice specializes in Ligonier Borough, Ligonier Twp., and Fairfield Twp. in Westmoreland County; Westnont Hilltop area of Cambria County; and Jennerstown, Jenner Twp., Stonycreek Twp., and Indian Lake in Somerset County.
