Dan did an amazing job! He was very patient with us as we prepared our home for sale. He gave us great advice on what to focus on to get the house ready. We knew it would take some time to get the work done and Dan was very patient. He responded to us swiftly and was always willing to take the time to meet up with us to go over updates along the way. All of his advice on prepping the house was spot on and the house looked beautiful for the listing. He promised a quick sale and he didn't disappoint! From the start Dan gave 100% to the preparation & sale of our property. His expertise on what needed done to increase marketability was exceptional! His experience helped guide us in the appropriate use of local resources to make the improvements necessary to increase interest.
