Joanne is an amazing and vastly knowledgeable professional. She simply couldn’t have been any better. No how/no way! She is someone who understands every stage of the real estate process as well as all the peripheral issues that inevitably arise. She does it all superbly. Some specifics: The property to be sold was older and has some good and bad points. Joanne dealt with the bad well and accentuated the good. The video she produced was amazing. The house sold in one day at probably $20,000 more than what we had expected. Closing was difficult as plumbing issues cropped up. Again, Joanne’s instincts on how to handle the situation were spot on at every stage; she helped facilitate the fix at (again) less than expected cost. She is just great!

Joanne is a no-nonsense experienced professional. She sells a lot of houses each year, but was still patient. Almost every question that comes up, she knows the answer. The one time she didn’t know, she quickly got back to us with the answer. If you want a competent realtor that’s not going to give you the ring around with circular talking, she is your best bet. Selling your home is a stressful experience. So I interviewed several Realtors. I was impressed by many of them but I had an immediate connection to Joanne.
