Don is helpful and responsive to inquiries and to getting to a closing. With the multitude of local ordinance requirements and requisite inspections, Don's insights and experience in the Ligonier market allowed me to complete the process without but one surprise which was related to an estate issue and not an ordinance or permit issue.

Don is very knowledgeable of the local market. His connections and experience enabled us to find a house in the location desired that fit the needs of our family, despite vert limited inventory available.

I recently landed a job in the area and began the process of moving our family into Westmoreland County from out of state.
