Gia and Pierre were great to work with. It's difficult to find a team more willing to go out and actively sell your home. Additionally, I don't believe our property would have sold as quickly without there vast network of connections and marketing strategy.

As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had a lot of questions about the offer and closing process. Amy was great about answering our questions and explaining things to us. She also laid out a timeline for us of when each thing was due for closing so that we could stay on track. Something like that might seem like a small detail, but it was extremely helpful for us to be able to reference and know that everything was going smoothly. As far as viewing houses, she made herself available pretty much at the drop of a hat. We could text her about a house we saw go up for sale during the day and schedule to view it with her that evening. She was very flexible with both scheduling and responding to messages. Overall, a great experience.

Living out of state and working with her on seeing properties was tough enough, but Amy provided unwarranted flexibility that made my situation easier to look at properties and get the answers I asked for. I am writing this review About Agent Ann Rheal. She was amazing. We met initially in early December and discussed possibly selling our home. She was knowledgable, professional and helpful, but there was no pressure. She told me to let her know when we were ready. We called her in early January and told her we were ready and she immediately went to work. She organized Marketing, and 2 open houses within a week. We had an immediate offer and after the first open house we had 11 offers, all over the asking price.Ann was so impressive. We could not have asked for a more professional Agent. Pierre and his team helped my elderly parents sell their house this is fall. The experience could not have been better. Notwithstanding it being a small house, they gave it their full attention. Gia is a fantastic agent. She is extremely detail orientated and doesn't try to push you into a home. She has been extremely helpful in our relocation. She even provided guidance on the home we sold out of the area even though she wasn't the listing agent. Gia is by far the most responsive agent I have ever come across either in residential or commercial. I am sure there are some good agents in Cranberry Township area but I can't imagine there are many better than Gia.
