PITTSBURGH, PA. – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty proudly welcomes Danielle Seals as the Sales Manager of its North Hills Regional office located in McCandless Township, Pennsylvania.

Seals knew at a young age that she wanted to be in real estate. In fact, she grew up watching her uncle and grandfather run their family-owned company, Vacca Real Estate in Mt. Lebanon. Over the past fifteen years, Seals has held nearly every role in the in real estate industry. She has worked in title and settlement, appraisals and, even, mortgage processing.  From there, she spent five years a Realtor® for Coldwell Banker.  In 2012, she was promoted to Manager and oversaw Coldwell Banker’s Hampton office where she earned the prestigious President’s Council award that honored the top 5% of network managers. Seals earned this recognition three out of the four years she was Manager.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty’s Annual Big Beaver Yard Sale Raises over $9,000 for the Make-a-Wish Foundation

Pittsburgh, PA (June 2016) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty is proud to announce that its Beaver office raised a total of $9,000 at their 20th Annual Yard Sale for the benefit of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Combined with previous years, this sale has raised over $126,000 for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southwestern PA and West Virginia.

Over 70 sales agents, family members and volunteers contributed their time over the past 3 months to organize, collect, store and price items. Additionally, over 150 people and businesses in the community donated items for the sale.

“It’s truly amazing to see all the time, effort and donations that our sales associates and their family and friends contribute to make this event possible,” says Ron Croushore, owner/CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. “Since its start 20 years ago, we’re able to raise a significant donation to the Make-a-Wish foundation each year.”

All cash proceeds from the event are donated to the Make-a-Wish Foundation and unsold items are donated to a non-profit charity in New Brighton, PA that helps local people in need.
