We decided to move to the Fox Chapel area from Nashville, TN to be closer to family. We were only vaguely familiar with the area and the market, and Jane was the perfect realtor to help us navigate the process. We found here when we'd been looking at one specific property for which she was the seller's agent. I was hesitant about a dual agent situation, but she was professional and never pushy, even when we found a different house. She was glad to meet my sister to tour the home the day after it came on the market. We knew it would go quickly, so we put together an offer and went under contract in a multi-offer situation.
